Summary:
The Youth Coach works directly with children and adolescents, delivering age-appropriate curriculum that focuses on building social-emotional skills, conflict resolution, and preventing risky behaviors such as substance abuse.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate youth-focused sessions (covering topics like decision-making, peer relationships and healthy coping mechanisms), encourage active participation and group discussion in a safe and supportive environment, support youth in developing skills for academic success, positive peer relationships, and emotional well-being, monitor individual progress and provide tailored support as needed, and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding youth progress and behavior.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Experience working with Youth in a group or educational setting, Knowledge of adolescent development and strategies for preventing risky behaviors and strong communication and facilitation skills.
