Louisiana Crawfish Company

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on employee to pick, pack, and ship customer orders. This person will also help track inventory, keep products organized, and keep daily orders moving accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include:
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipping or pickup.
• Check each order for the correct products, quantities, and packaging.
• Help receive products, count inventory, and keep inventory records current.
• Keep products and packaging supplies organized; report shortages or damaged items.
• Follow product handling, storage, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with the office and Operations Manager on order changes and shipping deadlines.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

We’re looking for someone with:
• Dependability, attention to detail, and good organization.
• The ability to follow instructions, keep simple records, and work with a team.
• Comfort with physically active work and refrigerated areas.
• Flexibility during busy seasons.

Warehouse or packing experience is helpful

This position reports to our Operations Manager.
