MAINTENANCE & FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on technician to keep our trucks, farm equipment, refrigeration, and facilities running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain and repair box trucks, tractors, side-by-sides, crawfish boats, pumps, and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Handle routine cooler, freezer, and facility maintenance.
• Keep the facility, work areas, and surrounding grounds clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Keep service records, tools, and parts organized.
• Coordinate specialized repairs with outside service providers. We’re looking for someone with:
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.
• A valid driver’s license and flexibility during busy seasons.

This position reports to our Operations Manager.
