Job Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP Team Members
Prepare food according to IHOP SOP manuals
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
Comply with health, sanitation, and safety guidelines


Qualifications:


6 months to 1 year of related experience
Ability to read and understand recipes and orders in English or Spanish
Basic mathematical and reasoning skills



Physical Demands:


Regularly stand, walk, and sit
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally
Close and distance vision required


Work Environment:


Exposure to various kitchen conditions
Must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment
