We're looking for a full-time CNC Machine Operator join our team.
Proficiency in operating various CNC machines like mills, lathes, and grinders. (Haas, Okuma, Mazak, Doosan)
Loading raw materials, adjusting machine settings according to the programmed instructions, and setting up cutting tools based on the design specifications.
Operating the CNC machine by inputting the pre-written program, monitoring machining processes, and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances are within specifications.
Blueprint reading:
Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand the required dimensions and machining operations.
Performing routine cleaning and lubrication of the machine, identifying and resolving minor malfunctions, and reporting any major issues.
Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations while operating the CNC machine.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
