Photogenic photos can be turned in at the registration table the day of the pageant. Print contestant’s name and age clearly on the back of the photo. Black and white or color are acceptable. Please no larger than 8X10 and no frames. Baby -Petite will compete in Sunday Best. Deb and Junior will compete in floor-length formal. Dresses should be age appropriate and compliment the contestant. Teen, MS, and Miss ONLY will compete in interview, fall wear, on stage introduction, and formal wear. Interview attire is what you plan to wear for fall wear. You will model fall wear on stage. Formal wear should be an age appropriate gown that is flattering to the contestant. Introduction should be no more than 1 minute and include name, contestant number, and an invite to the festival. This would be something you would say if you were queen traveling and promoting the Provencal Fall Festival. Age appropriate hair and makeup is allowed. Contestants must compete in the age group based on their age the day of the pageant. Teen, MS, and Miss are contracted titles. Contracts are available for review. Please review before competing. These contestants must attend a mandatory meeting on Sunday, August 4 at 2 PM at Provencal City Hall. Miss, MS, and Teen division contestants only must be residents of Natchitoches or Sabine Parish. Proof of residency will be required if there are any indiscretions. All crowned queens are expected to attend the Provencal Fall Festival the second weekend in November and are encouraged to attend all other events hosted by the Provencal Community Development team.
