About the Annual Thrive Gala
We warmly invite the business community to unite and commemorate the season with sophistication and grace at the Thrive Gala, which stands as a distinguished holiday celebration hosted by the Chamber. Against a backdrop of inviting ambiance and festive splendor, this cocktail-attire occasion presents an opportunity to gather, connect, and reflect with purposeful intention. Whether rekindling valued relationships or forging new connections, attendees will be welcomed into a setting that honors both the timeless spirit of the holidays and the enduring strength of those who drive our local economy.
A Taste of Talent
In collaboration with Northwestern State University’s Hospitality Management and Tourism Department, students will curate the evening’s menu, prepare each dish, and provide attentive service to our guests. This immersive experience allows them to develop their skills while creating an exceptional dining experience.
To complement the evening, guests will enjoy a selection of custom-crafted specialty cocktails and mocktails, thoughtfully designed to highlight the creativity and talent of these emerging professionals.

Now in its sixth year, live music has become a beloved part of the gala experience, adding energy, charm, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Guests can look forward to an evening filled with lively rhythms, great vibes, and the perfect soundtrack for celebration. Whether mingling, dining, or dancing, the music sets the tone for a truly memorable night.
