Natchitoches Young Professionals Honors 10 Years of Visionary Leaders with 2025 4 Under 40 Awards

Natchitoches, LA, February 14, 2025: The Natchitoches Young Professionals (NYP), an initiative of the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce, proudly announces the recipients of the 2025 4 Under 40 Awards: Alexa Bernard-Conday, Brittany Barton, Holly Guillory, and Tiffany Woods. These exceptional individuals exemplify leadership, professional achievement, and community dedication.
The 4 Under 40 Awards, now in their 10th year, honor young professionals in the Natchitoches area who demonstrate excellence in their careers and significant contributions to the community. Over the past decade, the program has recognized over 40 rising leaders, amplifying their positive impact across Natchitoches Parish. Recipients are selected by a committee of former winners and Chamber leaders based on professional accomplishments, community involvement, and their roles as positive influences in the region.
One of the judges shared, “The process was both rewarding and challenging this year, as we had numerous submissions. It’s inspiring to see so many young professionals in our community giving their time and talents to various organizations and initiatives across Natchitoches Parish.”
Meet the 2025 Honorees:
Alexa Bernard-Conday
A dedicated educator and community advocate, Alexa serves as the principal of Natchitoches Junior High School, where she leads initiatives to improve student outcomes and strengthen school culture. With degrees from Howard University and Northwestern State University, Alexa is passionate about educational equity and empowering underserved students. She is also a proud graduate of Leadership Natchitoches, where she deepened her understanding of community development and leadership. Beyond her role in education, she mentors and connects families with essential resources while nurturing a love for the arts and creative writing.
Brittany Barton
An impressive career at BOM Bank defines Brittany’s professional journey, where she works in the Operations Department. Recognized as BOM Bank’s 2024 Volunteer of the Year, Brittany serves as President of the Kiwanis Club of Natchitoches, a Chamber Ambassador, and a member of the Natchitoches Young Professionals. Her creativity extends to hosting free painting classes at the library and creating memorable experiences at Riverside Reserve Venue. Brittany’s dedication to leadership and service is matched by her commitment to her three children and her passion for art and travel.
Holly Guillory
Holly brings a rich background in community service and professional growth. As Chief Operating Officer of Engage Federal Credit Union, she emphasizes customer engagement and business growth. Holly actively volunteers for local events, from “Reading on the River” to the Boys and Girls Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters, and has served as Chair of the Chamber Ambassadors. A graduate of Leadership Natchitoches, Holly continues to inspire others through her commitment to civic engagement and youth mentorship.
Tiffany Woods
An accomplished AVP/Loan Officer at City Bank & Trust Co., Tiffany specializes in personalized financial solutions. With over a decade of banking experience, Tiffany is also a passionate financial literacy advocate, regularly teaching budgeting and credit management to local students. She is a longstanding member of the Kiwanis Club of Natchitoches, serving in leadership roles, and actively supports youth sports and church initiatives. Tiffany’s dedication to family and community makes her a pillar of support and inspiration.
