Natchitoches Chamber of Commerce and Natchitoches Economic Development Alliance Launch Workforce Development Survey

Natchitoches, LA, September 9, 2024: The Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Natchitoches Economic Development Alliance (NEDA), is excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive workforce survey aimed at fostering economic growth, enhancing workforce development, and improving access and preparedness for quality of jobs in our community. As part of our commitment to drive positive change in Natchitoches Parish, this survey seeks to gather valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities that both job seekers and employers face in the local economy.

The survey is designed to explore key areas such as job-seeking experiences, the availability of employment resources, and workforce challenges. To gain a complete picture of our community’s needs, we are calling for input from all age and demographic groups, including adults, college students, and high school students. Your insights are critical to help us fully understand the current workforce challenges and identify effective solutions for all sectors of the community.

Community participation is vital in shaping the future of our workforce. By sharing your experiences and insights, you help us identify the obstacles that job seekers and employers encounter and uncover potential growth opportunities. Whether you are a student preparing for the workforce or an adult navigating the job market, your input will make a difference.
